We are super lucky to have a really nice sized garden and so on the summer days we like to make the most of being outside and enjoying ourselves. Amelia has a variety of toys for the garden but we’ve completed our garden accessories with a Trampoline.
We have just been given the Rebo 7FT Safe Jump Trampoline with safety enclosure from Outdoor Toys. Outdoor Toys have a huge variety of toys for the garden ranging from a huge variety of trampolines to bikes and pools.
The trampoline arrived and although minus the instructions myself and my Dad managed to get the trampoline up in a couple of hours. It was fairly straight forward and I really liked how sturdy it felt as we were putting it together, there was no fixtures I was unhappy with as something like a trampoline you want to be a perfect fit for safety reasons.
The trampoline is perfect for those with smaller gardens as it’s not too big but is plenty big enough for a couple of children to enjoy bouncing around. The Rebo Safe jump range is a practical safe design that is the perfect combination or safety and fun. The Rebo range trampolines come in blue or pink and they come with safety enclosures making it nice and safe for children.
I love that I can zip it up and know that Amelia’s safe when bouncing. The metal poles inside have a foam cover over them making and the springs are all hidden away meaning that Amelia can’t catch her fingers or bang into anything that might hurt her. I think the safety net is really necessary for little children on trampolines as it prevents them falling off and hurting themselves. The fact that Outdoor Toys offer this range of trampolines is brilliant and at such a great price – £129.95.
Amelia was so excited to come down the next morning and see what her surprise was in the garden. She was so excited as one of her friends has a pink trampoline so to have one of her own made her day. Although she started bouncing straight away her confidence has really grown over the couple of weeks of having the trampoline. She jumps so high and has mastered star jumps, tuck jumps and jumps round in a circle.
Her favourite game to play on the trampoline is having a ball inside and throwing it over the top of the trampoline net for us to catch. It’s really good to see her throwing skills improving too. It’s also a great space to sit with some toys and play or munch an ice cream in the summer. Amelia is loving showing off her new jumps and little moves shes made up and has the biggest smile on her face when bouncing. Within the first few days Amelia wanted to be on the trampoline constantly and even went out in the rain dressed up in her rain suit!
Not only is the trampoline fun but it is a great form of exercise for little ones, jumping up and down and being outside in the fresh air. Amelia loves being outside but for children who maybe aren’t as outdoorsy a trampoline could be a great addition to the garden. Amelia can now get herself in and out of the trampoline and does the safety zip up herself as she knows it has to be done up. Amelia has loved having her friends over to jump on the trampoline together and watching them jump around holding hands together and fall down laughing is so lovely to watch.
Having the trampoline has really finished off the garden, Amelia is set for the summer we hopefully get! We’ve already loved it so much I can’t wait to see her continue to enjoy it. I’ve put together a little video of Amelia enjoying the trampoline and when she first saw it!
