#MyFamilyAdventures – May

Wow what a month May was! I know most months when I pull it all together I’m like wow we’ve done a lot but this month we really have done a lot. I’m actually really excited to select my favourite photos although be prepared there could be quite a lot as like I said we’ve been all over the place.

May started the same way April ended with some bluebells; they were well loved and well photographed this year. We also got out and about with our usual dog walks here and there mostly in the woods and testing out some Muddy Puddles gear.  The second week of May took us on holiday; myself and Amelia packed up the car and headed to Devon to stay at Pickwell Manor for 4 days and then down to Cornwall where we stayed with Wigwam Holidays at Penbugle Farm. Our holiday was non-stop we explored so many beaches, national trust places and even a visit to the Eden Project. It was so nice to have a change of scenery and have time adventuring with my girl.

520 miles later we arrived home and had a much needed quieter week away from the camera which was much needed but we did manage to squeeze in a quick post pre-school trip the beach. We then went to spend the day/night in Sussex with my good blogging friends Harriet and Emily. We had a day at Bewl Water ending a lovely day with fish and chips by the seaside. Unfortunately Amelia got a little poorly for the next few days so we took things slow just chilling in the garden and a few little walks. We found a lovely new spot to wander by the river and in the forest.

The month has ended with a couple of beach trips one of which Amelia did her first trip into the sea. She started with a dress on then got soaked and ended up in a swimming costume swimming about in true Amelia 100 miles per hour style.

Honestly I don’t know how we got everything done this month but it has been so much fun and memories have been made that will never be forgotten!

Here’s this month’s photos;

Thanks for reading!xx

    I LOVED following your adventures on IG, your holiday at the start of the month looked idyllic, did you write a post about it? I’ll have to take a little look. How little does she look next to the pod? Gorgeous captures as ever and thank you for linking up to #MyFamilyAdventures x
