By now the January health kick craze for some is over but it is important to stay healthy and do some exercise. So if your not feeling the gym why not get outside and take up running!
This is enough to get me to consider running. I’ve never been a runner at all but it is something I would love to take up! The gym is definitely not for me so this definitely seems like the better option.
