They do facetime and, heartb reakingly, my niece has started picking up mobile phones and saying ‘Dada’ into it. She also saw Phil Spencer on TV the other week and said ‘Dada’ as it was a balding man in a suit on a screen (that made us laugh a bit – him not so much haha)

    28th December 2015 / 5:37 pm

My baby girl Lexie is 9 weeks old today and after a quiet and then rocky start, she is finally starting to settle better in her bed – the last few weeks she refused to let me put her down, day or night, she just screamed in protest, she never seemed comfy and hardly slept, now she is in a cotbed and the space seems to allow her to settle easier -its just noise, the slightest noise when she is starting to fall asleep will wake her with the worst temper EVER! If I had one of these monitors (or any monitor at the moment) I could put her to bed on her own and let her settle off to sleep before going in the room myself and hopefully break another bad chain of events 🙂

Its the best gadget to be able to keep an eye on my 6month old son as he started learning to crawl.
It will also save me having to getup in the night when he cries to see if he is ok.

This would be fantastic for my nightmare suffering toddler. It would mean I could keep an eye on him during the night.
